Meditation

We all need to meditate. Why? It calms and relaxes us, it helps lower blood pressure & relieve stress, and it can help you sleep better. Meditating makes you feel better and can make you a happier person. It has for me.

You don’t have to convert or believe or give up anything. Just have to sit & breath.

10 minutes. That’s all it takes. If you think that’s too much to do, get in the habit of centering yourself & breathing while waiting in line at the store, riding the elevator, or waiting at a red light. Once you find that space within you, you can return at will if even for a brief moment. Cumulatively it makes a difference, a postive difference.

guided meditations

One way to learn how to meditate is have someone talk you through it. These guided meditations MP3 files talk you into a meditative state, followed by a period of silence, and end with three bells. There are 3 different versions, each with different a script.

Click on the filname (#) to hear the intro voice. Click on each time interval to play the whole meditation, voice, silence and bells. Don’t forget to turn your phone off so you won’t be interrupted.
